This feature is not yet available, but it will be coming soon.
Section 3 of the Church of England's Safer Recruitment and People Management Guidance sets out the advertisment requirements for all roles that fall within the scope of the guidance.
This includes:
- Any role that involves substantial contact with children (under 18) or vulnerable adults.
- Any role that involves supervising or managing the above roles.
It is good practice to advertise other roles too.
Why enable this feature?
This feature will be enabled or disabled for each role via the Role Settings in the Role Creator.
When enabled, the Hub can produce an advert that is:
- Quick and easy to create and update.
- Based on a template that complies with the Church of England's requirements.
- Consistent with the style of other adverts created in the Hub.
