You can download Draft C of a Service Agreement  between Clearly Simpler and a PCC regarding the provision and use of a Safeguarding Hub.

Clearly Simpler is already complying with the terms of this draft agreement, but we are consulting participating dioceses as follows:

• February 2025 - participating dioceses in the Church of England were consulted about Draft B of the service agreement.
   
• June 2025 - in response to feedback received, Draft C was published, with the main changes highlighted in yellow.  Participating dioceses are now being consulted about this final draft.
   

In July 2025, PCCs will be invited to accept a revised version of this agreement.
